Summer League Match 2

Although the water had dropped to near summer levels, still no sign of spring at the Agivey. As usual a brisk wind blew, from the north west, leaving the float moving nicely through, in the complete opposite direction from the flow.

Thankfully a few fish have decided to turn up and the most successful anglers on the day were the ones who were brave and manage to hang onto their pole in the wind.

Keith Russell took the honours with 5 Kilo 280g, Mark Strachan 2nd with 4 Kilo 900, Jimmy Speers 3rd with 3Kilo 900. Some cracking roach and the odd good hybrid weighed in.

Well done Keith
